Group Tour Request Form

Please fill out the form below if you are requesting a guided group tour for a non-school sponsored adult or child group. Such groups may include fraternal organizations, scouts, after-school activities, and clubs.

Group visits from Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00am to 5:00pm do not need special reservations, but if you have a group of over 15 persons, we appreciate your cooperation in planning by filling out the form.

Visitors discover and interact with our American heritage through the history, the changing technology, and the Human Impact of America’s fight to preserve the freedom we all hold dear.

NO GENERAL ADMISSION SATURDAY AND SUNDAY - Event Tickets for America's Tank Demo Weekend Only

If you are visiting this weekend, Saturday, July 25 and Sunday, July 26, please purchase tickets for America's Tank Demo Weekend at the link below from 9am to 5pm daily. All museum buildings, including our annex buildings, are included in one ticket. There is no General Admission to just the American Heritage Museum this weekend.
